COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 WINDOW DISPLAY
1.2 START
Normal start after 3 seconds countdown.
1.3 PROGRAM
1 Manual mode, 3 Countdown modes (Time. Distance, Calories), 1 Body Fat program,
12 Preset programs (P1-P12), 3 Heart Rate Control programs (HP1-HP3) and 3 Users
programs (U1-U3).
1.4 SAFETY LOCK FUNCTION
The window shows "---" when you remove the safety key and the treadmill will stop
quickly with "didi" alarm noise. When you put the safety key back on, the data on all
windows will begin from "0."
1.5 SLEEP MODE
When there is no operation for over 10 minutes, the console will automatically
change to sleep mode. Press any button to reactive the console.
