This product is in conformity with performance
standards for laser products under 21 CFR 1040, except
with respect to those characteristics authorized by
Variance Number 2018-V-3898 effective on November
21, 2018.
CLASS 1 LASER PRODUCT IEC 60825-1:2014
CP4415-RGB Gen2 wavelengths: 450 nm - 661 nm
CP4420-RGB Gen2 wavelengths: 450 nm - 661 nm
Indicates a light hazard. Do not look directly into the

Class 1 Laser Product - Risk Group 3 according to IEC
60825-1:2014 and IEC 62471-5:2015
Indicates Class 4 laser radiation when open. Avoid eye
