REMARKS FOR WORKING UP LOCTITE AND OPERATING SUPPLIES
(1)
Threads and surfaces have to be cleaned and free from color, oil and grease before applying
loctite.
(2)
Loctite will harden under following conditions :

Exclusion of air
②
Metal contact
③
Increased temperature
(3)
Pre-assembly and control tightening has to be made in a short time(5 to 10min).
(4)
The time between glueing and mounting of the parts should be shorter than 1hour.
Exception : Parts made from nonferrous metal have to be glued within one minute.
(5)
Assembled parts must remain unloaded for at least 24 hours.
(6)
Loctite quantity :
- At screws :
- At contact surfaces : Pay attention for a sufficient loctite application.
