Audio Settings
Type Meaning
Pull Down Sets the volume level of the ring tone and user alert
Menu tones.
Pull Down Specifies the ring tone used for incoming calls.

Incoming calls are muted by default until you press
the Mute button on the microphone pod or on the
remote control.

Pull Down Specifies how the audio output behaves. The
Menu default selection, Monitor - Far Site Audio, supplies
audio to the Monitor 1 audio outputs only when the
system is receiving audio from the far site.
If you have connected a VCR to record the
conference, select VCR - Far and Near Audio to
supply audio from both the far site and the system's
microphone pods to the VCR.
