pull up the seat adjustment knob and slide the seat all the way forward.

remove the torx bolt (M5 x 12), and remove the hole cover.

remove the four torx bolts (M5 x 12), and remove the seat cover F.

Spray grease (lithium-based grease) on the sliding surfaces of the seat rails.

After spraying grease, slide the seat back and forth two or three times to spread the grease over
the entire sliding surfaces.

reinstall the seat cover F and seat cover r.
z be sure to wipe off any excess grease. z
z Do not use an anti-rust lubricant spray, as it will cause the grease to run and drip
z
from the sliding surfaces.
