Clean the transport rollers with the cleaning pen (sold separately) or a cotton swab moistened
with the cleaning solution.
A cotton swab moistened with the cleaning solution or alcohol can be used in place of the cleaning
pen. To order cleaning pens, contact your distributor.

After cleaning, wait for about one minute to let the alcohol content evaporate, and then close the
reader unit of the IC card vendor.

Firmly push in the IC card vendor all the way, and turn the knob lock 180 degrees in the clockwise
direction to lock the IC card vendor in place.
z After locking the knob lock, pull lightly on the IC card vendor to make sure that the IC z
card vendor is securely locked in place.

Close the service door and lock it with the service key.
