bANApASSpOrT Card Errors

Error message
• An abnormality in the
BANApASSpOrT card
reader/writer of the control
panel.
• An abnormality in the IC
card reader/writer built into
the IC card vendor.
• An abnormality in the IC
card vendor.
• A card or foreign item is
jammed in the IC card
vendor.
• The data on a
BANApASSpOrT card
dispensed from the IC card
vendor cannot be read.
- Must be performed by a technician -
Cause Action
• Check the connection of
the BANApASSpOrT card
reader/writer of the control
panel.
Then, turn the power off
and then on again. If the
same error repeats, replace
the BANApASSpOrT card
reader/writer.
• Check the connection of the
IC card vendor.
Then, turn the power off and
then on again. If the same
error repeats, replace the IC
card vendor.
• remove the jammed card
or foreign item from the IC
card vendor.
• Execute the
BANApASSpOrT card data
check, and check whether it
is a BANApASSpOrT card
that can be used by this
machine.
If a normal card cannot be
read, the IC card vendor
may have malfunctioned.
