the Call Queue.
View and retrieve Parked calls.
Make an announcement to your
organization.
Play, delete, or forward messages.
Turn Do Not Disturb on and off.
Turn Call Forward All on and off.
View and place calls from the Directory.
View and place calls from the Call Log.
View the last 20 numbers dialed and
redial a selected number.
View help information on the Deskset
screen.
