(14) Software Reset function
The software Reset function is used to initialize the SBI circuit, when SBI is rocked by external
noises, etc.
An internal Reset signal pulse can be generated by setting SBI0CR2<SWRST1,SWRST0> to "10"
and "01". This initializes the SBI circuit internally. All command registers and status registers are
initialized as well.
SBI0CR2<SWRST1, SWRST0> is automatically cleared to "00" after the SBI circuit has been
initialized.
(15) Serial Bus Interface Data Buffer Register (SBI0DBR)
The received data can be read and transferred data can be written by reading or writing the
SBI0DBR.
In the master mode, after the start condition is generated the slave address and the direction bit are
set in this register.

(16) I
CBUS Address Register (I2C0AR)
I2C0AR<SA6 to SA0> is used to set the slave address when the TMP91C815F functions as a
slave device.
The slave address output from the master device is recognized by setting the I2C0AR<ALS> to "0".
The data format is the addressing format. When the slave address is not recognized at the <ALS>
= "1", the data format is the free data format.
(17) Baud Rate Register (SBI0BR1)
Write "1" to SBI0BR1<P4EN> before operation commences.
(18) Setting register for IDLE2 mode operation (SBI0BR0)
SBI0BR0<I2SBI0> is the register setting operation/stop during IDLE2-mode. Therefore, setting
<I2SBI0> is necessary before the HALT instruction is executed.
