3.4 Connector Plate

■ Do not remove the connector plate forcibly.
forcibly may result in damage to the cables, disconnection, and/or contact failure.
Damaged cables, disconnection, or contact failure is extremely hazardous and
may result in electric shock and/or improper function of the robot system.
■ When mounting the connector plate, be careful not to allow the cables to interfere
with the plate mounting and do not bend these cables forcibly to push them into
the cover. Unnecessary strain on cables may result in damage to the cables,

disconnection, and/or contact failure.

improper function of the robot system. When routing the cables, observe the
cable locations after removing the connector plate. Be sure to place the cables
back to their original locations.
Unscrew the Connector Plate mounting bolts
and remove the plate.
When mounting the Connector Plate, be careful of the following.
Prevent the air tube from bending sharply inside the manipulator.
NOTE
Also, do not block the air flow.
If there is a kink in the air tube, air flow is blocked while the
manipulator is operating and may cause a trouble.
Put the air tubes along the wall as shown in the picture.
