Attachments
To navigate to a specific sheet
1. On the Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
2. Open a message that contains an attachment that has a .xls extension and click
the trackwheel to view the menu. Click Open Attachment. The Attachments
screen appears.
3. Select Full Content or a table of contents entry for an attachment that has
already been retrieved and click the trackwheel to view the menu. Click View.
The attachment appears.
4. In the open attachment, click the trackwheel to view the menu. Select one of
the following options:
• Click Next Sheet (or Prev Sheet) to open the next (or previous) sheet in
the attachment.
• Click Select Worksheet to view a list of available worksheets. Select the
name of a worksheet and click the trackwheel to open the sheet.
Note: The Next Sheet, Prev Sheet and Select Worksheet menu items only appear if the
attachment that you are viewing contains multiple worksheets.
