Note: If you open a .pdf attachment that is password protected, you must type the
password before you retrieve the attachment. On the Attachments screen, click the
trackwheel to view the menu. Click Password. Type the password and click the
trackwheel.
If the message contains multiple attachments, you can request the content for another
attachment while your handheld retrieves the content of the current attachment. Select
another attachment. Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Click Expand. Complete
steps 4 and 5.
The content of the attachment appears.
Note: If an appears beside the Full Content heading, the attachment request failed.

If you request the full content of an attachment more than once, a dialog box appears that
displays Request already sent. Resend? Click either Yes or No.
If you request the full content for multiple attachments, the last attachment that
you request is automatically displayed. On the Attachments screen, a check mark
icon appears beside the headings of the other attachments when they arrive at
your handheld. To view these attachments, click the trackwheel to view the menu
and click View.

These icons appear on the Attachments screen to indicate the status of pending,
sent, and received attachments.
