This output is used to control the cooling stage 1 of the unit.

DO3: DO3 (DO3)
This output is used to control the various possible equipements of the unit (Cooling stage, heating
stage, economizer, etc) based on the configuration of CoolHeatConfig (MSV32), RevValveConfig(
MSV33), DampersConfig(MSV35), HumidifierConfig(MSV36). Once all the configurations have
been made, the variable Output3ConfigSt(MSV38) will display what needs to be wired to this output.
