This function clears the Total Weight (this function is disabled while the system is
running).

This function reset GROSS WEIGHT value to zero. Performing Digital Zero while the
gross weight exceeds the value specified by [DZ REGULATION VALUE] gives rise to
an alarm (

automatically subtracted from the gross weight.
