This section describes the procedure for setting Output Color
Control and the maximum number of copies to registered
accounts.
You can select not to restrict color copying or B/W copying, or
select B/W copying only or color copying only.
The number of copies made so far is displayed. The number of
copies can be categorized by B/W copying and color copying.
When making color copies, the maximum number of copies can
be set between 100 - 1999900 (seven digits). Set this number in
100-page increments. When making B/W copies, the maximum
number of copies can be set within the range 1000 - 1999000
(seven digits). Set this number in 1000-page increments. The
defaults are 1999900 for color copies and 1999900 for B/W
copies.

Select Create/Check Account Data on the Auditron
Administration screen. The Create/Check Account Data screen is
displayed.

Select the account to set copy restrictions to, and select Create/
Check. The Create/Check screen is displayed.

To set Output Color Control, select Output Color Control. The
Output Color Control screen is displayed. Select an available color
mode, and select Save.

To set the Copy Limit, select Change Copy Limit. The Copy Limit
screen is displayed. Enter the maximum number of color copies
using Numeric Keypad, and select Enter/Next. Enter the
maximum number of B/W copies using Numeric Keypad, and
select Save. The screen returns to the Create/Check screen.
