Enter the time in 24-hour format. For example, enter
22:30 for 10:30 P.M.
If you enter an invalid number, the display does not
proceed to the next step. If this happens, re-enter the
correct number.

When you are finished, press the Start/Enter button to
save the setting. The display returns to Standby mode
and shows the date and time you have set.

Setting Your Fax Number and Name
(System ID)
In some countries you are required by law to indicate your
fax number on any fax you send. The System ID including
your telephone number and name, will be printed at the top
of each page sent from your machine.

Press the Setup button on the front panel. The display
shows the first setup menu; "FAX NUMBER/NAME."

Press the Start/Enter button to access the Fax
Number/Name menu. The display shows "FAX NUMBER."

Press the Start/Enter button.
If there is a number already set, the number appears.
