Error details and cause
• The file specified in the instruction
does not exist.
• The program file specified in the
instruction is not set in the CPU
parameters (program setting).
• A file that cannot be specified with the
instruction was specified.
• The boot setting in the memory card
parameters is incorrect.
• When the boot function was
executed, the file format processing
failed.
• When the boot function was
executed, the file passwords did not
match.
• When the boot function was
executed, the CPU built-in memory
capacity was exceeded.

button, and correct the program.
