No. Item Description
(1) Identification code "MRCB" is output.
(2) File version "1" is displayed.
(3) File type The file type is output. (fixed to 1: Continuous/trigger logging)
(4) Model information The module model name that outputted binary file is output. RCPU is output to the first eight bytes
and 00H is output to the last eight bytes.
(5) Added-data The output selection setting for the data that can be output is output.

(11) Output format The same numerical value as the value in (10) Data type is output. However, when the data type is bit,
character string, numeric string, or time, FFFFH is output because the output type cannot be specified.
(12) Data information The data-related information is output.
