Default Multiple-Connect Conditions

At start-up and until changed by the user, your PK-232 defaults to the following multi-
ple-connect conditions:
These defaults set your PK-232 to operate exactly as would a TNC without the multiple-
connect feature. The key to setting "normal" operation is the value USERS = 1.
