Mode: Packet
ID
is an immediate command that sends a special identification packet. The

The identification consists of a unnumbered I-frame, with its data field containing your MYALIAS

sent to your terminal. The characters you type into the keyboard and their echoes are not

If your computer or terminal cannot display lower case characters, it may react badly if the PK-232
sends lower case characters to it.
