7.4 IGNITION KEY INTERLOCK SYSTEM (Only applicable for RKE AT
Variant)
The Ignition Key cannot be removed from the key barrel unless the TGS lever is moved to P
(Park) position.
• If the key is stuck in the key barrel due to an malfunction in the TGS lever, remove fuse F43
from ENGINE COMPARTMENT FUSE BOX to release the key. And contact Authorized
Mahindra Service Center at the earliest.
• Always before switching OFF the ignition, move the TGS lever to P(PARK) position
• Always start the engine while the TGS lever is in P or N with brake pedal depressed
