13.8 B2F4C–00 — CHECKSUM MISMATCH

13.8.1 EMS ECU AND IMMO ID

During every ignition cycle, EMS ECU ID's and ICU ID's are checked for mismatch

Immobilizer

Authentication failed

DTC INFORMATION

NORMAL OPERATION

• Ignition ON

• After successful security authentication, vehicle starts

normally

DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

• This combination is registered when the signal from

the EMS ECU is not has expected by the UICU

DTC REACTIONS

• Immobilizer check lamp: OFF

• Engine check lamp: Blinks

• Vehicle will start

HEALING CONDITION

• Ignition OFF/ON

• Fault not present

13.8.2 DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

please look for any other DTC present in UICU. Follow the diagnostic procedure for

those DTC's first and then proceed to below diagnostic procedure.
