13.5 B2F41–00 — TAG AUTHENTICATION FAILED
13.5.1 AUTHENTICATION
During every ignition cycle security components authenticate within each other, to make sure
vehicle is secured
DTC Description
Immobilizer
Authentication failed
DTC INFORMATION
NORMAL OPERATION
• Turn Ignition ON
• After successful security authentication, vehicle
starts normally
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS
• This combination is registered when the signal
received from the key is not recognized by the
immobilizer
DTC REACTIONS
• Immobilizer check lamp: ON
• Engine check lamp: BLINK
• Starter will not engage
HEALING CONDITION
• Ignition OFF/ON
• Fault not present
