Immediately check the newly delivered vehicles for completeness and damage (liquidate the transport damage at the expense of the insurance). For this purpose,

compare as-delivered condition of vehicle with order form.

Incorrect or missing parts must be handled according to the instruction in the ⇒ Warranty manual, chap. 7.2.9 (B2B Portal) .

If the vehicles are not transported onwards within two weeks or delivered to the customer, the "care programme for new and used vehicles" must be carried out ⇒
