Service intervals
At each service interval:
Work involved
– Query the event memory for all systems
– Reset service interval display
– Horn: check
– Lock cylinder: check proper operation
– Front flap lock: lubricate
– Inspect operation of tilting roof and grease the runners
– Engine oil:
– Checking battery
– Inspect plenum chamber for dirt, clean if necessary
– Check windscreen for damage
– Replace fuel filter - diesel engine with diesel fuel operation, which does not comply with standard DIN
EN 590 (every 30,000 km)
– Check brake fluid level, if necessary top up with brake fluid
– Inspecting brake system for leaks and damage
– Check the brake lining thickness
– Check the tyre pressure (including spare wheel), correct the tyre pressure if necessary
– Inspect the tyre wear pattern (including spare wheel)
– Inspect tyre tread depth (including spare wheel) and record (FL..., FR..., RR..., RL..., SP...)
