Possible causes can be:
1. The USB Cable is not connected to the computer
2. The device is not turned on
3. The emergency button is pressed
Check the USB connection, turn on the device or release the emergency button and
press "Retry".
Close the program, then open the software again.
See picture below (status icon) in order to verify the device connection.
Now open the program configuration panel to complete the installation:
