The following example is related to a test that compares two exercises on both
flexor (Concentric + Eccentric)
As seen in the legend (Pag. 65), the diagonal boxes compare exercises homogeneous
with each other (two concentric and two eccentric, two extensors or two flexors).
The third column of the above report highlights the differences between two
muscles equal that refer to the selected exercises, always taking as reference the
first exercise carried out in order of time, the one which appears in the right column
in the report.
IN CONCLUSION, THE PROGRAM ALLOWS YOU TO EASILY EVALUATE ALL
PARAMETERS, PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE
VARIOUS PARAMETERS MEASURED ON THE JOINTS INVOLVED. THE ROLE OF THE
DOCTOR OR THERAPIST IS TO DECIDE ON THE EXERCISE TO BE CARRIED OUT FIRST
AND SECOND, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS.
