After creating the series, press "SAVE" (3). The following window will appear where the
created series will be named (max 10 alpha numeric characters).
The "UPDATE" button (5) allows the operator to update the data of a selected exercise.
To recall a previously saved series, press "OPEN" (4). A window will appear from which it
is possible to recall the series of interest.
