There are several types of isokinetic tests:
Force test – Example: 4 repetitions at 90 degrees/second
Resistance test – Example: 20 repetitions at 180 degrees/second
It is necessary to perform two exercises in sequence by setting them manually or
loading a pre-programmed test through the appropriate control.
It is then possible to select from Database two exercises, analyses and print the
report.
The isokinetic test screen is that same that will be displayed when two random
exercises are loaded and when the time and amplitude scale adjustment controls
are used.
The exercise displayed on the left refers to the limb being examined.
The exercise displayed on the right refers to the reference contralateral limb.
The icons in the lower left enables to change the type of display, as follows:
Toggles the display with the time on the X axis and the angle on the Y axis
Displays/hides the charts
Displays/hides the torque curve
Displays/hides the angle curve
Toggles the display with overlapped exercises and two separate exercises
