If the compared exercises are both ECCENTRIC, we have to take full account of
what is expressed in the box next to the first one (the one between the intersection
with EXC-2 and EXC-1) and we will see the following:
As seen in the Legend (page 65), the boxes of the diagonal compare exercises
homogeneous with each other (two concentric and two eccentric, two extensors or
tw flexors).
