The JOINTS to exercise are:
Knee
Closed Kinetic Chain (hip-knee-ankle)
Adjust the lever length so that it matches the length of the patient's lower limbs by
acting on the black locking knob located at the end of the cross lever that slides
along the graduated rod (Figure below). The ankle support pad should normally rest
on the lower part of the tibia. If only a left or right only exercise is carried out, the
unused ankle pad must be kept in the locked position (pad pointing in the direction
opposite to the patient).
If you intend to use the lever with the Anti Shear device, first remove the lever with
the ankle pad installed on the graduated shaft; to do this remove the setscrew near
the lower end on the graduated shaft then loosen the black blocking knob placed at
the end of the cross-lever and pull out the lever with the ankle pad.
Insert the lever with Anti Shear device on the graduated shaft and lock it by pressing
the black blocking knob placed at the lower end of the cross-lever.
Replace the setscrew on the lever placed at the lower end of the graduated shaft.
