Please read this manual carefully. It contains important information for the correct use
of the 757T10 MyoSimulator. Understanding the applications and function of the Myo-
Simulator will help you to better use this product.
1 Application
The 757T10 MyoSimulator is to be used solely for the testing MyoBock system compo-
nents. The 757T10 MyoSimulator is not a measurement tool.

Safety Considerations

Operating the product outside of the permissible temperature range
•
Malfunctions due to dmage to the product.
•
Avoid operating the product in areas with extremely high or low temperatures. The section „Technical Data"
contains information on the allowable temperature range.
Penetration of dirt and moisture
•
Malfuntion due to damage to the product.
•
Ensure that neither solid particles nor liquids can penetrate into the product.
Mechanical overload caused by mechanical influences or external loads
•
Malfunctions due to dmage to the product.
•
Do not subject the product to mechanical vibrations or impacts.
•
Check the product for visible damage before each use.
Magnetc interference
•
The product can malfunction when near high-tension power lines, transmitters, transform, or other sources of
strong electromagnetic radiation( such as security systems for gods in department stores).
•
Avoid proximity to sources of strong electromagnetic interference.
Independent user changes or modifications made to the product
•
Malfunctions due to dmage to the product.
•
Have any changes or modifications to the product carried out only by an authorized Ottobock Service Centre.
Dropping of the Prosthesis
•
The prosthesis will move during the examination of its function. Dropping of the prosthesis from this movement
can lead to injury or damage. Ensure that the prosthesis is fixed during examination of its function.
