2. Insert battery into battery receptacle and snap into place. The MyoSimulator is now
provided with power through the electrode connection and is ready for use.
3. Switch the flip-switch "OPEN / CLOSE" in the middle setting. Switch the flip-switch
"NORMAL / CO-CO NTRACTION / SAFETY CO-CONTRACTION" in the "NOR-
MAL" setting.
4. Set the "OPEN / CLOSE" knob in the "LOW" setting.
5. Set the flip-switch (Fig.1, Pos.9) in the "AUT." position. The System Electrohand will
open and close itself based on the given settings continuously in the OPEN – PAU-
SE – CLOSE sequence.
6. The time period for the OPEN – PAUSE – CLOSE sequence can be set with the
control knob (Fig.1, Pos.10-12).
7. The counter (Fig.1, Pos.1) shows the present number of completed movement cycles.
8. Setting the flip-switch (Fig.1, Pos.9) in the "MAN." Position will end the continuous
operation.
If you want to reset the counter to "0" then set the following controls:

OPEN / CLOSE
The continuous operation will start again, and the counter will read "0".
