7.7.2 Elevating leg supports

Installing the leg support
1) Remove the installed leg support (see Page 21).
2) Replace the lock piece (see fig. 17, item 1 = lock piece for segmented leg support; item 2 = lock piece for elev­
ating leg support). Install the new lock piece with the correct alignment (edge faces up) and firmly tighten the
mounting screw.
3) Put on the new leg supports (see Page 21).

Adjusting the lower leg length
1) Remove the cotter pin from the leg support (see fig. 18, item 1).
2) Adjust the leg support height (see fig. 18, item 2) and reinstall the cotter pin in the tube of the leg support.
Adjusting the foot plate angle
See the section "Segmented leg supports".
Adjusting the posterior lower leg pad
1) Loosen the Allen head screws on the tube of the leg support (see fig. 19, item 1).
2) Slide the posterior lower leg pad to the desired height and firmly re-tighten the Allen head screws.
