Installing the cylinder head
-
Insert the special tool and press it forcefully to the piston.

Turn the special tool counterclockwise, thereby pushing the
piston pin retainer into the groove.

Insertion for piston ring lock (77329030100)

Ensure that the piston pin retainer is seated properly on both
sides.

Remove the cloth. Keep the timing chain taut.
-
Carefully push the cylinder downward, letting the dowels
engage.

Mount the dowels. Put the new cylinder head gasket in place.
Put the cylinder head in place.

Put on the cylinder head bolt washers.

Tighten diagonally,
