There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect,
there is a communication error, or there is no module with the
specified address.
Examples:
Command: ~013164
Response: !01
Enables the Host WatchDog of module 01 and
sets the Host WatchDog timeout value to 10.0
seconds. The module returns a valid response.
Command: ~010
Response: !0104
Reads the Host WatchDog status of module 01
and shows that a Host WatchDog timeout has
occurred.
Command: ~010
Response: !0180
Reads the Host WatchDog status of module 01
and shows that a Host WatchDog is enabled.
