There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect,
there is a communication error, or there is no module with the
specified address.
Examples:
Command: #010A01
Response: >
Sets the DO0 of the module with address 01 to On,
and the module returns a valid response.
Command: #010A01
Response: !
A Host WatchDog Timeout was occurred and so
the DO output command is ignored.
Command: #060A00
Response: !
A Host WatchDog Timeout has occurred and so
the DO output command is ignored.
