This command is used to read the Host WatchDog timeout
value of a module.
Syntax:
~AA0[CHKSUM](CR)
~ Delimiter character
AA Address of the module in hexadecimal format(00
to FF)

E 0: the Host WatchDog is disabled
1: the Host WatchDog is enabled
VV Two hexadecimal digits to represent the timeout
value in tenths of a second, for example, 01
denotes 0.1 seconds and FF denotes 25.5
seconds
