There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect,
there is a communication error, or there is no module with the
specified address.
Example:
Command: ~012
Response: !011FF
Reads the Host WatchDog timeout value of
module 01 and returns a value of 64, which
denotes that the Host WatchDog is enabled and
the Host WatchDog timeout value is 25.5 seconds.
