This function is to detect that the weight value is near zero.
Near zero can be set as desired. The comparison condition depends on the near zero comparison
mode.
- Near zero (setting mode 0-3)
Input range/0 - 99999
- Near zero comparison mode (weighing function 1 in setting mode 1-4)
