(15.2 cm) is required at the sides, back and top of the instrument. The surface upon which the instrument
will be placed must safely support a minimum of 225 pounds (102 kilograms).
DOOR CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS - The area in front of the instrument must be free and clear of

obstructions. The chamber door is hinged on the right. The door swing is not reversible. The swing radius
of the door is 33 inches (83.9 cm).

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS - The AQUATRAN Model 3/40 should be operated in an
environment with a stable room RH between 10% and 60% non-condensing, and at an ambient
temperature of 22 °C ± 2 °C. It is important to locate the instrument in a relatively stable environment free
from drafts and temperature fluctuations.

POWER REQUIREMENTS - The AQUATRAN Model 3/40 requires 100-120Vac, 50/60Hz or 200-240Vac,
50/60Hz 1phase depending on the voltage requirements of the Country of purchase. Maximum power
consumption for each instrument is 700 VA (maximum surge). The instrument must be provided with a
quiet computer grade electrical circuit with an isolated ground and an appropriate grounded receptacle. In
the USA a duplex NEMA 5-15R receptacle must be provided for each instrument.
