The following must be furnished by the customer before a new AQUATRAN Model 3/40 can be set up. If a MOCON
technical representative will be setting up your system these items must be on site before we can arrange to visit your
plant.

HANDLING REQUIREMENTS - The size and weight of the AQUATRAN Model 3/40 should be considered
before attempting unpack and transport the instrument to the location where it will be installed. A minimum
clearance of 27.5 inches (70 cm) at the smallest door opening is required to allow passage of the
instrument. The shipping container requires a minimum clearance of 40.5 inches (103 cm) at the smallest
door opening. The instrument weighs approximately 225 pounds (102 kilograms). Mechanical assistance
is recommended when moving or lifting the instrument. If mechanical assistance is not used a minimum of
four (4) people should be used when lifting the instrument.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS - Each instrument requires 45 inches (114 cm) of open space on the work
