Remove a file from flash and runtime memory.
File name on server. File name must be one of the

ssl_cert_<mac>.pem
ssl_key_<mac>.pem
usr_wcert_<mac>.der*
usr_wkey_<mac>.der*
usr_wacert_<mac>.der*
certificate
The <mac> portion is the MAC address of the board.
For example: dsa_key_00-09-02-00-01-02.pem
Can be 'usr' or 'factory'. Defaults to 'usr' if mode is not
<mode>
specified.
