When the "After" waiting time elapses, the signal becomes active.

These times are used, if:
– the "After" waiting time has elapsed.
– The enabling signal is active.
– The "For" active time has not yet elapsed.
This function is only switched on when values have been entered in both
"After" and "For" times.
This function is switched off when "Zero" has been entered for the values for
the "After" and "For" times.
