8.3.2

Failure of the belt lubricant - empty message

DANGER!
If the belt lubricant fails, operation of the plant is interrupted. If the belt lubricant
supply is restored with the necessary minimum quantity and the error message
has been acknowledged by pressing the blue illuminated button on the control,
the plant starts running again automatically.
NOTICE!
If the belt lubricant fails, a warning appears on the display. See also
12.3 „Error codes of the DryExxEco control

8.3.2.1 Changing the container

WARNING!
When changing the container, it is essential to wear the relevant personal
protective equipment (PPE)! The PPE to be used is described on the safety
data sheet of the dosing medium used and must be strictly observed.
If the container is empty, an empty message is produced by the suction lance, which is
either shown on the display, or a light is illuminated on the control unit.
The system is shut down until the container is changed.
1.
Put on personal safety equipment.
2.
Provide a new dosing container.
3.
Open a new dosing container to fit the suction lance.
4.
Quickly remove the suction lance from the empty container.
5.
Fit the suction lance into the new container quickly.
6.
Press the error message on the control cabinet (blue illuminated button) to
acknowledge the error message „Empty message" . The information text on the
control panel goes out automatically when the blue illuminated button has been
pressed.
WARNING!
Do not position the suction lance horizontally as otherwise air could enter
the suction lance, preventing the dosage process!
Hold the suction lance vertically and ensure that no belt lubricant drips
onto the floor.
