Description of the control unit DryExxEco
®
DryExxEco Advanced-ETH is a control unit for dry belt lubrication systems of the type
DryExx ® in the milk and beverage industry. The control system is based on a Insevis PLC
with touch display in stainless steel housing, and controls all times, cycles, procedures
and messages required for the process in DryExx
circuits in a maximum of 10 plants.

The control unit includes the following functions:
Free allocation of valve outlets for plants 1 - 10.

n Activation of pneumatic diaphragm dosing pump with external release and if a spray
phase is active
n Release-dependent automatic operation
n Manual activation of a spray phase separate for every belt lubrication valve
(e.g. for filling the plant). This function may have to be started repeatedly until the
entire system is filled.
n Activation of solenoid valves with individual time settings for each lubricating circuit
n Status, parameter and archive display via the control panel
n Simple operation using the function keys of the control panel
n Discontinuation of functions when empty, issue of error message
Operating hours counter for each lubricating circuit
n
n Quantitative input of quantities for conveyor belt lubrication medium (optional)
Quantitative input of quantities for containers (optional)

n Archiving of the operating data for: current day, current month and for the previous 12
full months
The control unit DryExxEco
display texts. When you follow the instructions for changing values, a
numerical keyboard opens to allow you to make the settings. The system only
adopts the changed values and returns to the relevant screen when you press
the ENTER key.
