Brief overview of configuration

Configuration in the "General parameters" menu option:
n
The free allocation of 16 valves to the required system.
n
Number of packages per pulse from the optional counter.
n
System pre-tensioning time.
– Ensures that all circuits are supplied with the same output pressure for the
conveyor belt lubricant.
n
System bleeding time.
– Ensures that there is no leakage on the nozzle fittings.
n
Delay time for the 'empty' detector function.
– No error message during a normal container change.
n
Number of impulses of the optional oval gear meter.
n
Quantity of belt lubricant per pulse from the optional oval gear meter.
Configuration for each lubricating circuit in the "Circuit Parameters" menu item:
Pulse time for the spray phase.
n
n
Pause time for the spray phase.
The manual start of a pulse time is started by cancelling the pause time for every lubricant
circuit separately in the "Booster" menu option.
All options are displayed in plain text on the various screens; follow the
instructions displayed.

Initial Configuration

NOTICE!
Valve allocation:
– A valve allocation must be carried out for the commissioning process, as
described under
[Applicator stations/valves]" on page 63 . If no valve allocation has been
carried out, the parameter sets cannot be accessed.
– Each valve is only permitted to be allocated once.
9.3.1
Access passwords
WARNING!
Change the passwords!
During the initial configuration, the passwords must be changed in line with
customer specifications and the "Password" chapter. If the passwords are not
changed, procedure-relevant functions of the control system can be accessed
by unauthorised personnel.
To change the passwords, observe the steps under
