REMOVAL METHOD
Replace the bearings together
with the sealing rings.
Adjust expander arm positions.
Replace brake shoes.
Check and correct if necessary.
Replace the quick couplings.
Check the oil quality, make sure
that the oils in both machines are
of the same grade. If necessary,
change the oil in the tractor and /
or trailer.
Check the hydraulic pump of the
tractor.
Check the cylinder piston rod
(bending, corrosion), check the
cylinder for leaks (piston rod seal),
repair or replace the cylinder if
necessary.
Adjust the brakes.
Replace the linings with new ones.
Check chain tension and adjust
according to section 5.11
Reduce conveyor speed and
change direction.
