SCANNER MODULE ADAPTER CABLES
The Model 4000C should be connected to the test fixture with cables having 64-pin flat cable
socket connectors on one end and an appropriate means for interconnection to the assembly at
the other.
Because of the learning capabilities of the Model 4000C, there is no need for programmed
adapter cables. Unused points do not require termination, and multiple circuits do not require
any special consideration. As an aid in diagnosis of faults, however, it is recommended that an
organized sequence be followed.
One suggestion is to interface connector pins or interface points using successive point numbers
such as left to right. This will reduce search time and confusion in locating an area in question.
