Changing Power Settings

The Model 4000 can be set to another alternate power setting through the Power Line Module
located on the rear panel of the main chassis.
1. Turn off power and disconnect the power cord from the Model 4000C.
Be sure that power is completely disconnected from the Model 4000C
before opening the unit and exposing the internal electronics. Damage
to the Circuitry, and/or injury to personnel, could results.
2. Slide the clear window on the Power Line Module to the left exposing the fuse and
circuit board located below the fuse.
3. With needle nose pliers extract the circuit board.
4. Hold the circuit board so that the desired voltage setting (120, 240, or 100 VAC) is facing
up and rotated in proper reading directions.
5. Re-insert the circuit board back into the Power Line Module.
6. Connect power cord and the Model 4000C is now set with a new voltage setting.
